Welcome to the ninth 2009 edition of the Canadian Scrappers Blog Carnival!

A new comer to the carnival, Mei Ann, in Ontario, invites us to check out how she combines scrapping and Hotel Treasures to help make her guests feel welcome in her home.

Rhea, in Alberta, invites us to check out the details of The Great Ribbon Rave Contest at Savvy N Sassy. Rhea says "Savvy N Sassy has grown leaps and bounds with our unique and diverse ribbon kits. To celebrate our growing site, we want to award someone with winning a ribbon kit each month for a year!!" You have until February 28th to sign up so hurry and check it out.

Lois, in British Columbia, tells us "I Attended a Crop" as she shows us a layout she made at the crop and another layout that was saved from the garbage, thanks to her creative thinking.

Welcome to the fifth edition of the Canadian Scrappers Blog Carnival!

Before we start the trip, I have an announcement to make. Tonya, in Prince Edward Island, was the winner of the random draw of last month's participants. I will be sending her a small envelope of surprises.
