Welcome to the third edition of the Canadian Scrappers Blog Carnival! On this trip we will travel from coast to coast, stopping in to visit scrappers along the way.
Starting on the Pacific Ocean side of the country we will visit first with Melissa in British Columbia. Melissa is a new blogger and this is our first visit. Drop by and check out some of her scrapping creations and leave her some encouraging words.
Next we travel to visit with Tania in Alberta. She learned some new techniques and had a pretty productive NSD.
Our next stop is Saskatchewan where we have two bloggers to visit. Connie shares a beautiful layout of a boy and his dog, and also shares a tip for tying layouts together while Sheryl shows off some of her creations from NSD.
Next we're off to visit Vanessa in Manitoba as she shows off some of her beautiful creations from NSD.
This is our first visit with Cindy in Manitoba as she shares pictures from classes she gave at a Charity Convention during NSD.
Unfortunately we didn't get any invitations to visit with scrappers in Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, or PEI this time around.
Our next stop is with another first timer. Carol in Nova Scotia shows us some cards that she will be teaching others in her area to make in her upcoming Card Classes.
And our last visit for this trip is with Deanne in Newfoundland as she shows us four of the layouts she completed on NSD.
I know there were many more people that participated in fun events all across our nation during National Scrapbooking Day. Maybe some of you have been too busy recovering from the fun and haven't had a chance to post about it yet. :) If anyone does do a post about it this week you can always send it in for the next edition.
Speaking of the next edition, in light of the fact that everyone is probably busy putting the finishing touches on things for Mother's Day, why not show them off in the next edition of the Carnival? Or share some of your favorite layouts or projects you've done in the past that features your mother, or even yourself in the role of mother.
Don't worry if you don't have anything that fits the suggestions above. They are merely suggestions to get people thinking about what they can post. You are not limited to only submitting posts along those lines.
The next edition will be posted May 15. Deadline for submissions will be May 14. Please be sure to read the guidelines for submissions in the side bar.
Happy scrapping, and Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers.
